Today I talked the hubby into working out with me. He’s joining my 60 day challenge group and we are working on fitness and nutrition. We did PiYo Buns. I think this picture sums it up!
Our legs were burning and our glutes were screaming! Oh my goodness. It’s amazing how much workout you get with this program without jumps and weights. This is a wonderful program for those with asthma as well. I get a superb workout without having an attack.
