Greta And The Lost Army by Chloe Jacobs

Greta and the Lost Army (Mylena Chronicles, #3) Greta and the Lost Army by Chloe Jacobs

My rating: 5 of 5 stars

Adventure. Love. Self discovery. All of these come together in an exquisite final tale between Greta and her Goblin King.

From the beginning I knew I’d be fighting an inner battle right along with Greta. After all, that’s what Chloe Jacob’s writing does to you. She pulls you in and makes you feel as if you are one with the heroine. Greta has had numerous trials in Mylena, but has finally found a way back to her family, bringing Isaac with her. Her plan is to return all of the lost children home and then return with Isaac to Mylena to continue the battle against Agramon. The longer she stays with her parents and in the world she was brought up in, however, the more confused she gets. It would be so easy to stay here in this safe haven, but could she really give up Isaac and let everyone in Mylena down? Isaac and Greta have faced many challenges, but this time one decision could change it all.

Chloe Jacob’s storytelling sucks you in. While there is obviously a strong love element, there is an equal amount of adventure. I adore the way Chloe weaves inner struggles and outward obstacles together, fantasy realms with human realms, all without confusion. If you loved Greta and Isacc’s playfulness in the previous two stories, you will not be disappointed in this one. The same playfulness and adventure awaits them both in this final installment. I am still and forever will be Team Isaac.
